- It was close to the show we were attending
- It was reasonably priced, allowed pets, and the housekeeping woman was extraordinary. The room was very clean, and had no odors.

Cons -
- We were placed on the 2nd floor and I have a handicap
- They didn't have a handicap room available for me. There was one area that smelled like pee in the room
- Room was ice cold. Had to turn the heater on and run for quite a while to warm up. Floors remained cold. The faucet in the bathroom would not shut off. The beds were not comfortable, and the blankets shed fuzzies all over everything.
