Loved this place. So quaint and clean.
Location
The price. The bed was comfortable as well for this star rating. The check in was easy and having a code rather than a key was super convenient. Parking was convenient as well.

Cons -

No WiFi so keep that in mind but cell signal is still great!
Parking, smell, dirty, moldy. The bathroom smelled so strongly of pee. There was mold and mildew everywhere. It was dirty. I wouldn?t even take off my shoes.
There was not a place to put a bag or suitcase other than the couch or the floor or hang bathing suits or beach towels. There was a metal table and metal chairs, however being at the beach, they were rusted. Also, the counter in the bath was tiny.

Th carpet in the room was EXTREAMLY FITHY. It needs to be steam cleaned and scrubbed 2 times.
