It was clean and comfortable. I loved how much character the.building had. The staff were very pleasant, polite and professional. Breakfast was ready when scheduled, tables were clean as were the floors. Will stay there again in the future

Would have liked a waffle machine for breakfast, coffee does not remain hot enough when served from the carafe.

The bed was very comfortable the room was clean

The location is wonderful and the staff are very kind and helpful

The bathrooom in room 108(and presumably many other rooms) is riddled with black mold. I understand the occasional outcropping of mold in a high moisture environment like a beach front bathroom, but for the price one pays to stay they shouldnt have to expose themselves to mold to shower. These patches of mold have clearly been growing for a while. Im wondering if cleaning staff wipes away the surface and assumes the mold is gone if its no longer visible. (It is not, with mold this advanced my suggestion as a builder is to replace the drywall and possibly any wood underneath.)

Breakfast was good. We liked the short walk to the ocean.

Room was a little small.
