- The staff was excellent the Manager that checked me was absolutely the best I've ever encounter at any hotel I've stayed at.

- Hair all in the shower
- Given the wrong class of room. Paid the highest price for the nicest suite but was given a standard room; Found a used wash cloth draped over the shower door, water temperature in shower would only reach lukewarm, oh and I found a baby roach in my bed
- There was no water for several hours, no hot water only lukewarm. The key machine wasn?t working so had a temp key and had problems several times during our stay. Broken furniture. Charged more each night.
