Clean, property maintained, good location. Checked in over phone due to office closing at 7 nightly, process worked seamlessly. Of the limited interaction we did have, we found the staff helpful and professional.

The rooms are spartan and dated. The property had a number of long term residents during our stay. Not a concern for us but some may find it challenging if expectations are a typical hotel environment.
Rooms stunk like cigarettes. If you are a smoker, this place is for you. We delta with the stale smoke smell, but won't be back because of that
To many people live on the property ,appeared to be drug activity Folks hanging out outside like it was a park Suspect behavior

Cheap quiet room

It was run down and there were roaches... not sure if I got any in my luggage yet but not happy about the thought at all.
