- Even though the hotel appeared to be understafffed, the 2 ladies at the front desk did all they could do to assist and did it with a smile and a pleasant attitude.
Cons -
- The refrigerator did not work and there was roaches in the room and I wanted a refund for one night refunding for one nigh
- When we arrived to check in at 3:00, the mean staff person said she did not know when it would be ready because the cleaning ladies were Mexican and she did not speak Spanish and was unable to understand when it will be ready. We waited until 4:30 .
- Seemed understaffed, room smelled Smokey, bath tub was in poor condition, no cold water in the sink and struggled to turn it off, we say spiders and cock roaches too.
