Pros +

  • Friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Good variety of pillows too.

Cons -

  • When I went to make some hot tea, there were coffee grounds in the water. Kind of gross.
  • They don't have there shower work properly and no hot water at all in this weather very disappointed with the king suit
  • Restaurant does not offer coffee at dinner. They have deserts but no coffee. And not in lobby either! Also one of the agents gave me a tough time about switching my room to courtyard view. All the other agents were very friendly and helpful.

Location. Hotel is located minutes from everything.
The hotel was not as clean as I expected. You can smell that it¿s not fresh as soon as you hit the door. When you arrive in the room, it smelled of old carpet. Hotel staff would also not give an extra blanket. Comfort of your guest should be everything.
