Location was perfect for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Cracker Barrel next door was a plus!

Great location. Very well sound insulated room even on a game night with a full house I slept soundly and didn't hear any noise.

Upon entering the hotel it was much more beautiful than I expected. It was also very clean. The staff was friendly but professional and also very accommodating. The rooms were a nice size with plenty of seating and the bed was super comfy. I wish I could of brought it home with me.

What I didn't like was that the walls were thin. I could here people in the hallway and even in the rooms.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly, but no body wash in bathroom, just shampoo and conditioner.

Check in was fine. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet location. I don't eat a big breakfast, so the cereal and yogurt was fine.

Little things like no shampoo in dispenser. Hair dryer didn't work. Curtain was torn.

The outside and front lobby looked newly renovated. It was gorgeous- bright and welcoming. I loved the lemon water available. Staff provided my children with Pirate Booty. The lobby was very clean. Our room was spacious and clean also. Loved the closet, dresser, and luggage rack. Room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker , hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels provided to us.

We booked this place mainly due to the indoor pool. In case the weekend was bad weather, at least our kids could swim inside. The pool area was severely neglected- holes in floors and walls. Ceiling tiles moldy or rusted, something in pool area was very loud when using the pool. My kids absolutely didn’t care but as a parent, it did not feel as bright and clean as the main lobby. I really wish the ice machine on hallways had a water bottle refill station- that would have been super helpful! Breakfast in the morning was just eh. 1 waffle maker became extremely busy. Cereal was a bit stale. Not many bagel or bread options.
