- Hotel was extremely well staffed, professional, attentive to detail. They were quick to rectify an issue (see below).
- Clean, good location & professional & helpful staff.
- The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well
Cons -
- When we entered our room we found that it had not been cleaned following the previous guest. Bed unmade, trash in room. I called the front desk. They apologized and gave us an "upgraded" room for our troubles. The rest of the stay was flawless.
- suite had a connecting door -allowed all the noise from the next room into my room. Every word of any conversation, when the other person peed, his alarm each morning woke me. Awful. Seating in room is small & uncomfortable. Breakfast ends way too early!
