- The customer service was great; I loved the fact that the breakfast menu was different every day; and I also loved that they provided healthy choice free snacks (Fruits) 24/7.

Cons -
- Better communication between the staff; my shower stopped working and maintenance did not communicate with the front that they had to order a part, so it left me with taking a bath which made it hard due to an injury.
- Cleaning of the room, only happened 2 times for five days and the room was never vacuumed and bed was made by a 5 year old. Cleaning staff were not up to par…for sure not Hilton level
