- The room was big and very spacious, Hotel employees at the front desk was super great, they were very nice and helpful with any questions we had.
- The uptown feel and breakfast stands this hotel out from the herd.
- Big room, clean.
Cons -
- They asked me if I wanted to check out early the state was going to be hit with a massify snow storm and they would be impacted, I left on Friday at 7am but they did not refund me for Saturday @ $---.00
- The washers and dryers were always out of order and the coffee in the lobby wasn't changed often and was cold.
- I was really bummed about the pool being closed. It is listed as amenity and there's nothing on the site about the pool being closed. We got to the hotel early just so we could take the boys swimming before the Charlotte FC match, but pool wasn't open!

Big room, clean.
Can be tricky getting in. Parking was in an adjacent garage at $30 per night. Did not have a chance to have the breakfast. Bed comfortable.
