Rooms were nice and the hotel is well maintained

We had an early flight and needed rest; however, there were two women outside the hotel screaming and arguing with each other for an hour. There were three gun shots outside. Like 12 police cars arrived…we counted. Then a fire truck. There were a lot of things happening outside. This made resting difficult.

Fixtures in the bathroom needed replacing. Sink didn't drain and the shower handle was difficult to turn off

We love the convenience, and this is a lovely facility. The convenience of being so close to the airport is helpful for travel. The staff are friendly and helpful. This was our second stay.

We had two rooms, and one of them hadn't been stocked with hand soap and we found a roach in one of the rooms.

Location, hotel atmosphere, lounge area, and food.

The room I requested, the bathroom, did not have a handicap bar near the toilet. The toilet wasn't flushing properly when I arrived, and when I mentioned the situation to the front desk, although the problem was resolved, they did not clean the toilet after fixing the toilet. Also, I had to ask twice to have my linen change after the third day. The maid did not change it; she remade the bed using the same dirty linen. The reason I wanted it to be changed was that I extended my stay, and the sheets were soiled.

Very close to the airport, shuttle service from and to the airport was offered. Staff was very friendly and of service, especially Nadea at the front desk who offered us her own power plug charger for our mobile phones which really saved us (we only had European plug chargers and the one we needed was not available at the hotel’s store). Very quiet place, we had a great night’s sleep.

Breakfast was not available when we were there due to a supply issue. The shower tap was very difficult to turn on, almost like stuck.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy. They had complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, and shaving cream when we couldn’t find our overnight kit. Austin at the front desk texted me to see about my stay and if I had a questions I could just text and he would respond quickly. And the breakfast buffet was delicious!!! Johnathan was our server and he was so polite and Sanaa was the nicest manager. She made us feel welcome and she made sure all the food looked amazing and there was plenty of it.

That we thought we had to pay for parking but then they gave us a pass. I almost didn’t book the stay there and went somewhere else because it said parking is $12 a day online.

Very clean room. Bed was comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. Pool was very nice. Staff was helpful.

We chose the breakfast buffet because of high prices of line items. The food was below average and disappointing. The Peets coffee was horrible. We couldn't drink it. Overpriced food. I felt nausea after the meal. Excess grease. We complained to the staff. We shouldn't have been charged. Hilton did not charge for breakfast buffet until 2022.

This hotel is always clean, great location, not far from downtown. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel to people all the time.

When we went to take a shower, the shower head was not working properly. We went to the front desk and they were so helpful. They got maintaince to the room right away and replaced the head. Everyone was so accommodating and the service was excellent.
