Guest Rating
Pleasant
Pros +
- My family feels very safe due to staff.
- Location and facilities in the room, however there was no toaster available.
- I liked nothing about this experience. It was booked in a time of emergency and I was told I couldn't get a refund. Full nor partial nor could I change the dates so I wouldn't lose my money. Well money lost in the end. $--- lost
Cons -
- NA
- Bed to small but the worth thing is the air conditioner, nosy, old and directing air to the bed therefore unpleasant.
- Bed mattress was kind of hard and the housekeeper was rude
