The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The water in the shower gets really hot.
No lock on the bathroom door and no fan. The bathroom gets too steamy when showering.

The employees!! So kind. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful upon check in. We were running late for a concert due to car troubles and he expedited as quickly as he could. The next morning for check out, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with my request for a late check out. He also assisted me with rental car information and numbers as my car's transmission blew out on I-77 and we were pretty much stranded. I had to get home 3-1/2 hours later to attend an event for my daughter. HS Homecoming and she's in the marching band. I'm so sorry I don't remember their names. Those guys were the bomb! The woman working breakfast was also so friendly! Room was really comfy and clean. The location was great. Breakfast was better than I expected, chicken sausage was decent ?
After our transmission in my car ordeal, 3 hours waiting for a tow, our room had NO toilet paper. We were on the 10th floor. Running super late for our concert due to car issues. Requested TP to be sent to our room while we went to the concert. Arrived back and still had no TP. Went back down to the front desk, 10 floors, and they gave me a roll..?I must have missed the room description because there was NO microwave in the room.Couldn't figure out the TV too good but I guess that's par for the course. "Facilities" lacked toilet paper or I would have rated higher. How do you forget TP? ? Lol.

My room was not all the way clean there was alcohol bottles underneath my bed I came with my 7 year old daughter
I didn’t like the breakfast there was no eggs the lady said it’s taking a long times on eggs what u see is what you get
