Large, quiet and comfortable room. Great location for the airport and free shuttle bus. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good.

Good location and very friendly airport transfer service.

Room was very unclean. The kitchenette counter had some kind of sauce on it, the carpet had visible debris, and the gap between the bed and bedside table had so much dirt it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months Breakfast was adequate. The best bit was the warmed cinnamon buns

The room was a little tired looking and it wasn’t clean. I had to clean the surfaces with soap and a cloth it looked like there was make up on the desk brown on a white desk should be noticeable I saw it straight away. There were what looked like print marks all over the surfaces and also a lot of water marks the surfaces didn’t look clean with all the marks and some most definitely weren’t cleaned properly. The bathroom floor could’ve also been doing with another go over.I only stayed a night and was quite relived or I would’ve had to ask for another room or some kind of reimbursement.

Good location! About 12 min from Bank of America Stadium. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly. We stayed the night before a flight and paid to leave our car there for the time we were gone. The shuttle took us to the airport and brought us back on our return. No problems at all.

I didn’t like that i booked a Queen suite w two queen beds and got there they were booked up, so i had to get a one bed w 3 kids and me smh they stated it was bookings fault, and to contact them, when i did they told me since i excepted the room it was nothing they could do no credit or nothing, i drove 8 hours with kids!!!! Smh also the pool was so gross the kids were afraid to swim cause the pool was green it was just a bad experience overall not only only that the guys at the hotel just made me uncomfortable im a woman w 3 kids i couldn’t sleeep i was so uneasy.

Excellent hotel for an airport layover. They have paid attention to every detail we could want.
