- The breakfast was good, but I thought breakfast was included in the price of the room. I don't remember Booking.com indicating that it would not be included. I missed seeing grits or sausage gravy on the breakfast buffet for us Southerners.The location was fine and close to where our daughter lives. It was not far from NC State where our daughter graduated.
- The room was huge, the bed extremely comfortable, we had facilities to make a drink. The swimming pool, while very small was a lovely bonus and we had a cocktail in the bar. The breakfast was fantastic- really enjoyable.
Cons -
- Never got to stay at your hotel , your staff was rude not understanding, and I received to different agreements from your staff members
- Housekeeping woke us up twice on the day we were checking out. We were leaving at noon, but the lady knocked on our door at 11. I said we are checking out at noon. Then about 15 minutes later, she knocked again very loudly!!! Again I said "I already told you that we are checking out at noon!"
- The air conditioning machine in the room was very noisy and we were unable to change the temperature or settings so it was cold.
