- The lovely young staff member at the front desk. I wish I?d gotten their name but they were fantastic. They used A cane &!helped fixed all my reserv. issues. Did their best to get the owner/manager?! To understand the issue I was having. Was Gr8 at job

- Workers seemed frustrated and uncaring. Water damage to wall of the bathtub area that was improperly repaired.
- Advertised as having a spa and hot tub and they don't which was the reason I went to that hotel.
- No. We will stay here again.

How my reservation issue was handled by management. I can understand the confusion but to immediately threaten the cops was rude, inconsiderate, aggressive and unprofessional. Especially after I?d spent the amount of $ I had in their establishment
