- I liked that the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It was also in a good location for our NC Zoo trip.
- Clean good location and good breakfast
- Responsive courteous staff. Great room layout for 2 people, comfy bed, good shower, good TV, updated outlets. Good fitness center. 24 hour coffee. Spacious refrigerator in room. Everything worked.
Cons -
- Lack of early breakfast during market. Had to request room service.
- Online it states there is an indoor and outdoor pool. There was no indoor pool and the outdoor pool was green and not open for the season despite it being 90 degrees outside. I had two sad boys who brought their bathing suits.
- were NO bathtub mats for the bottom of the tub, we requested an additional floor bath mat to put in the tub to reduce slippage. Because hotels now only supply liquid soap we're afraid of slipping (we're seniors!) so I went out and bought a bar of soap
