The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was comfortable and had Extra pillow and blanket (which I love because I¿m always cold). The lotions and soaps are nice quality.
The card lock side door was locked and we could t access our floor without Going all of the way back to the entrance which was very inconvenient. There was a guest above me that was so noisy and running all over the place.
