Many things but, staff was helpful and friendly. Location was good too. Clean rooms as well.

Coulda of had a little softer bed
I thought the Blue Canyon Food was poor!
Asked for a not pet friendly room. Put on 5th floor and heard dogs barking on floor at night and in the morning. Hmm?
