- Check-in was first rate. The clerk was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every question I might have without me needing to remember and ask myself.

- This is someplace we have stayed frequently in the last couple of years as it is near business concerns.This time the room was shabby. Sink wouldn't drain. Upstairs people were very loud clomping around all evening. Twice we called front desk.

- No. I was so happy with the whole experience. This hotel was more luxurious feeling than I expected. Rooms were very well maintained and cleaned. Breakfast was good and the staff were really on top of everything.
- She said called them the first time but would not call them again. Told my husband she couldn't ask not to walk around. Told him not to yell at her. He wasn't. He was very calm. After asking the third time she finally moved us.
- Part of the bed frame was broken and it sliced open and bruised my daughters foot! Other than band aids and I’ve packs the hotel did nothing else to make it right

No. I was so happy with the whole experience. This hotel was more luxurious feeling than I expected. Rooms were very well maintained and cleaned. Breakfast was good and the staff were really on top of everything.
