- Front desk clerks were very nice and friendly
- I love the old downtown hotels over the big chains. This was no exception.
- Old world charm. Small personal touch he's like homemade cookies and popcorn for the kids in the lobby. Staff was welcoming and made us feel comfortable and special. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean.
Cons -
- Bad coffee, skimpy free breakfast, worlds worst bed, very small room, 10 by 10, no closet, toilet lid and tank were loose. Worst of all, in window air conditioning unit let all the vehicle traffic noise into room. On main road so noisy all-night long.
- It was a little noisy w street noise outside and thin walls let me hear my neighbor snoring Despite what it says here I am not from Norwalk CT. I am from Libby Mt.
- I loved everything about it.
