Hilton Garden Inn Great Falls

Pros +

• Hotel staff were nice
• The atmosphere was awesome view inside of hotel setting was wonderful. The room had plenty of space and bathroom and shower was awesome. Check in was great didn't have to wait guest hotel was very professional. overall was great!!
• We loved the room in general, except for the beds! The staff was AWESOME!! Great location, too!! Staff was very helpful when we needed to use a toaster...

Cons -

• Room was dirty and there was a loud noise that would periodically come out of nowhere and wake me up. It would continue for about 5- 10 minutes then turn off.
• The beds were very uncomfortable lumps you sunk in when you sat down couldn't sleep. Called the front desk several times to ask the other rooms up and down to please stop the banging and jumping nothing was done. prices on the food items were very outage.
• Memory Foam Mattress Toppers outgas nasty/dangerous chemicals. Made me sick and the beds very uncomfortable! Had to put the pillows & another blanket on top of the comforter to cover up memory foam & sleep w/my head at foot of the bed! Lovely room, tho'.
