Pros +

The room included a living room with a comfortable couch for watching TV. The bedroom was also comfortable. Both spaces alone were maybe smaller than many hotels, but together made for a big space and lots of comfort.
The price was very fare and hospitality was great.
Location was in the downtown area.

Cons -

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I didn't spend time looking at it either.
Nobody was at the desk for quite awhile. Room wasn't in the best of shape.
We asked for a nonsmoking room however it was not a designated nonsmoking room. The free continental breakfast was a Danish and coffee. My 3rd grader does not drink coffee.
