- Both of the guests staying at the hotel got bed bug bites!!!!!!!!
- Floor in room had not been swept. Food crumbs, dirt on hard surface and carpet. We asked them to sweep floor and the did not. Came in and removed Cheeto crumbs from hard surface. Bedspread was stained, hotel carpet was unkept. Bad place !
- Not senior friendly at all. 3 stories, no elevators. No bars or supports in bathrooms. Check out is 10am but housekeeping is knocking on doors and yelling by 7:30am. TV' s are a disaster. Ours only worked one day. Mgmt knows but just complains.
