- I did not receive my deposit back
- The staff were awesome, kind and courteous from reception to housekeeping - very professional. We were having an issue with our room door and housekeeping happen to hear us and came right away to assist - love it!
- The staff was friendly and attentive .
Cons -
- Bed was very firm
- This felt like a one- or two-star hotel. Half the lights didn?t work, the bathroom door handle broke, the ice machine was out of order, and the pool was permanently closed. The staff was not helpful at all.
- I booked the hotel based on the amenities and when I got there the spa was under construction. If I had known that I would have stayed somewhere else.
