- Nothing/ False advertising about checking in. Nobody there to let me check in. They do this to other people. Calling the number and nobody answers or return calls.

- The hotel wasn't open when I arrived at 10pm. I tried to call the front desk (where there was no one stationed) for a half hour and no one showed up and no one picked up the phone. I had to find a new hotel.
