- Cleanliness of hotel. Staff extremely friendly. Room size was a pleasant surprise
- The staff were extremely helpful and very nice.
- Super friendly night staff, delicious breakfast, and a very nice room! (Best hotel shower ever!)
Cons -
- Could use more luggage carts
- It was a huge inconvenience to book this hotel and find at check in the facilities offered are not available. I needed to use the washer and dryer but the laundry services noted were only for the hotel. Very disappointed since that is the reason I booked.
- Filthy bathroom, dirty ring around the tub, soiled shower curtain!
