- Dirty walls in bathroom and shower head and carpet.. smell very stuffy and bad air circulation in rooms as well as in the halls

Cons -
- Riom was not ready, there were lines of people waiting to check in. Room did not have any tiles and was half cleaned
- I wasn?t able to get the king room I paid for due to construction so I was offered a queen bed. The vanity light in the bathroom was out so it was very little light in the bathroom. The complimentary shower gel bottle was empty.
- Guest should have the option for complimentary meals or discounted meals with their stay.
