They said the room was non smoking and the room is already smoked in. I complain in front desk they just said some other customers might have smoked in the room and they have charged them with $150 fine. But they are not concerned about my inconvenience

At first glance- frightened by what I thought was a bug on the bath tub. (it was chipped porcelain) The ice maker in our full size fridge did not work. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold. (in a covered stainless server, no warmer underneath)
