Extra room and a nice breakfast are strengths.
Our room was great. Everything was clean. Fully equipped kitchenette.

Cons -

Parking fees, pillows were flat and you could hear everyone?s door close. Worst nights of sleep.
The hotel is very spread out. The lights had a delay of a second or two when you turned on the switch. Not sure if it is just the type of light bulbs used or faulty wiring.
While clean, I would expect a walk in shower over a tub.

The area was nice.

Two pillows in my room had urine on them and the maid had just covered it up with pillow cases. The tub was still dirty. There were no trash bags.
