Oasis Hotel & Conv. Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Very nice hotel. Two great restaurants onsite. The room was clean and spacious.

The only thing missing according to our son was a hot tub in the pool area.

The hotel was beautiful and very nice

We stayed in room 530 and found the location of our room to be very noisy particularly around 11 pm and 5 am. We were wakened by what sounded like dishes being banged around and very loud voices. Our room was also right across the hall from the ice machine so that was loud too.

The room was clean and decent. Nice roll out desk. Had balcony to enjoy the good weather.

Booking this hotel was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I made an update to the dates for my room and paid in FULL for those dates. I get to the hotel and they don't have the update or my room or a room at the hotel period though Booking.com DID have my money. Total hassle spent hours on the the phone with Booking.com. I ended up having to pay AGAIN to stay in my already paidbfor room. And they didnt honor the price so it was over 20 dollars more and in the process charged my card MULTIPLE times again. I just checked out and have literally paid Booking.com and paid the hotel AND its still a pending charge from the hotel for ANOTHER 290.00 which I have no idea what its even for. Oh AND the night they claimed they didnt have a room its was STILL being advertised on Booking.com as I looked for other possible accommodations.... I'd suggest booking elsewhere to save yourself the possibility of this happening to you if tou don't have hundreds of extra dollars to have hemmed up in you bank account while you travel.

Very clean and great location

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, good location and overall nice property.

Shower water pressure was very weak.

It felt very safe that it had a guard to get into the parking lot. The indoor swimming pool was great for my kids. The facilities were very well taken care of and things look very updated.

The only 2 things I could complain about are the odd layout of the floors and the pillows. The pillows were terrible.

An amazing quiet place with incredible facilities. The pool area is beautiful and cozy. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious food. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well laid out and clean. Overall a great place to stay, will definitely book again.

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean But Isabel was awful upon check in. I had asked for my room to be close to my kids I was told by Destiny it wouldnt be a problem but I would have to wait till closer to 4 for that to happen. So we ran to walmart and came back at 430 and Isabel said rooms still werent ready I said is one of them, I told her my daughter and son in law wouldnt be there for a couple hours so I figured by the time they got there house keeping would have got the rest of the rooms ready. So I left and my other kids came to check in and they put them in a different part of the hotel. Isabel never told us what time breakfast was, where it was at, no wifi password or nothing. She made me feel like I was inconvenicening her. When all I wanted was to be close to my grandbabies. If she dont like working with guest and trying to accomodate them then maybe she needs to find a new job. Since I has been told by the supervisor it wouldnt be hard to get us close to each other. Other than my bad experiece with her everything else was wonderful.
