The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

The entire floor smelled of sewage. The smell was very overpowering.

Location is central and perfect for my needs. Bed comfy, bathroom well equipped and clean. Bar area is great in the evening with some fun characters gathering after work to socialise. Barman adds to the ambience with many a story to share. Bonus having ****bucks 2 mins walk. Staff excellent and helpful.

Nil complimentary water in the room, had to request this. Alcoholic selection, in bar, little limited. Not a lot of natural light made the room gloomy so not helped when lighting fittings aren't maintained. Food wasn't being served during my stop over?

Charming and quaint. Very quiet and pretty affordable. Staff was friendly. Location is in the heart of Clayton near bars, restaurants etc in walking distance. Free parking

Room was not cleaned after first night(I stayed 2 nights). No drain plug to take bath. Remote didn't work and needed to get another one brought to me.

The location was perfect. It as easy to find the hotel and the parking was right across the street.

The full size bed was sunk in in the middle. It was not very comfortable trying to sleep two.

Unique....quirky.... wanna-be upscale. Nice clean safe area with restaurants & bars nearby. Also Metro close by. Employees very friendly

Some maintenance issues (paint, etc). Floor fan in room was tacky. Restaurant /bar closed for event.

Nice big room with plenty of space and a comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly at the reception desk. Nice neighborhood with restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance. Free wi fi is a good thing. Breakfast satisfactory.

The room is lacking for electrical outlets, probably because it's an older building. Room on the 3rd floor with no elevator didn't faze us, but some might not like it. $17/ night for parking seems steep.

Great hotel. Felt like being in Europe. Excellent staff. Clean.

No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. The mandatory $17/night parking fee is a bit much.

I like the location and the cleanliness.

I did not like the size of the room, it was very small. Parking was not free. The cost of parking was $17.00 whether we chose to valet or self park. I was also expecting a full breakfast. They served a continental breakfast.

This hotel was a great location from everything! 15 minutes to get to the arch, the delmar loop, automotive museum, Ted Drews, Busch tour, a huge shopping mall and sweetie pies. The staff was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel!

This hotel hosts lots of parties. Our room was right above the main dining room, and one of the parties got a little noisy until about 12 am. Elevator? Not for disabled or the elderly to get up and down the stairs to get to the 2nd floor.

Room was dark & bed comfortable. Staff very friendly. Great location. Nice mix of modern updates to an older eclectic building.

Breakfast was just so-so. Coffee was good tho!!
