Cons -
- They charge a resort fee, no pool, no hot tub, no bar or restaurant. What makes them think this is a resort? Because they have a walkway over the street to a casino? I could just walk across the street!! The hotel is dated terribly and needs an update.
- The front desk attendant was probably the most hateful customer service ref I have ever seen. Our room had a water leak of some sort that made the carpet super wet, that we didn?t realize until it was super late, and was not accommodating.
- No wifi, dirty elevator, dirty hallways, dirty shower curtains, rude staff
