- Front desk staff friendly. Restaurant options looked good. Property was very clean.

- The walk from the garage no Valet parking
- No daily room cleaning (did not know this). Hotel smelled like stale smoke all over. Several restaurants were closed on our weekend stay.
- Made 3 trips down stairs in a 5 hour period because nobody would answer the front desk phone. After the 3rd attempt the manager finally got someone to come up but not until after the 3rd attempt in 5 hours.

The bathroom and layout of the room
The pool hours and rules are terrible for a resort! The pool was only open for 1/2 of a day of the 3 days we stayed! Food over priced but it’s a casino. Beds were hard.. very hard. Also there were fees they said I was aware of but that is not true.
