- The staff was apologetic and quick to help.

Cons -
- The sheets where not changed.Still had (not head hair) hair on sheets. Also food crumbs in sheet. Trash can lines hadn?t been changed out. The shower water never got hot and we ran it more than 5 mins.
- Breakfast needs an upgrade
- The Bathtub was a little slippery. I didn?t fall but had to use extra caution.
