- The staff are phenomenal and go above and beyond! Hotel employee are the best!
- Just a bog standard Holiday Inn.
- The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was very close to Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun parks!
Cons -
- I did not like that it did not have free breakfast. This is the first Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at that did not have free breakfast. Even the ones that have restaurants. The restaurant was pricey, and, we ended up eating fast food for breakfast.
- Bathroom smelled like sulfur - disgusting. Air Conditioner did not work at all. Did not sleep well at all.
- The lobby and elevators had a pervasive stench: mildew, rot, or something else rank. Once on your floor, it was fine, but from the front door to the elevator? Hold your nose. Also: note that this location has a restaurant and doesn't offer free breakfast.
