- Hotel staff were willing to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. They were very courteous and helpful.
- We didn?t like our first room, and the front desk was able to change our room.

- The first room was very stuffy and had an odor that smelled of a pet being in the room prior.
- Workout room dirty
- The hotel is clean but my room stink feet by staff was dishonest & untruthful; did fraudulent practice and coercive & very sneaky violating my privacy, my personal belonging & my vehicle. They made it so difficult and refused to help me call kcpd.
