Pros +
- It was convenient to my work.
- There was no breakfast. Just terrible coffee & 2 juices.
- The location was convenient to where we were visiting.
Cons -
- 1. The toilet didn’t work (wouldn’t flush). 2. The room was freezing cold (heat was off and took forever to get room warm.3. Room smelled musty. Carpet old and nasty.4. Burn hole in comforter.5. Bedside table dirty (something sticky left on it).
- Furniture in room was very old; had holes in dresser top; mattress was very uncomfortable with mattress cover coming off often. The bathroom toilet had to be flushed numerous times after use. Towels & washcloths were stained. At 2a.m. we were awakened by loud talking in the hallway by the vending machine room by us. This went on for over a half hour & we could see one was the guy who had checked us in. We finally banged on our door to quiet them & they took off.
- It took 30-45 minutes to check in. We were first assigned to a room that was being used as a conference room. Our friend was given a key to a room that did not work for the room she was assigned, I had to complete a form with my credit card number and expiration date in order for them to process return of the $50 security deposit. I was told I would receive it in 3-4 days. I called when I didn't receive it by day 5. I was told it would be processed that day. I finally received it 10 days later. Breakfast consisted of orange juice and an apple. They were out of coffee.
