Holiday Inn St. Louis Arpt West-Earth City by IHG

No hot water. Key card wouldn't work. Someone opened our door in the middle of the night, luckily the top latch was closed.

The space of the suite plus the adjoining room we had put was spacious but not worth 500 a day and it always smells like sewer not worth 500 a day

Sewer and cost also theft is going on there the kitchen charged me cash and also charged my room for there really expensive food

Room service did not vacuum the carpet.

The location was convenient.

My credit card was charged by the property before arrival when I clearly reserved for pay at property. The inconvenience of not having any hot water, even with them saying they were working on it. We were told there would be a shuttle to take around to local attractions when we spoke with them earlier the day of check in and when we got there and ready to go out, we were told there wasnt a shuttle.There was mold in our room and we brought it to their attention upon check out and was informed we would receive a refund but had to go through our 3rd party booking.com, received a $0 receipt to find out later it wasnt refunded...And when we thought it was all done, 2 days later after check out my card was charged again. We have stayed at that hotel twice before and enjoyed our stay, but this time took the cake and dont know when we will go back.
