- room had ant infestation, rooms are old/dated did not meet Hilton quality or expectations it felt like a motel, bed was hard, extremely bad plumbing issue in my room, hotel offers no free breakfast , breakfast offered was overly expensive.
- No hot water in the room. The bedside lamp was huge and it was hard to get out of bed without running into it. Heater/fan did not stay on.
- No "Do Not Disturb" signs, so housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30 a.m.
