Review summary
The hotel is praised for its excellent breakfast with a wide variety of hot and fresh options, comfortable and clean rooms, and friendly, attentive staff. Guests appreciate the great location close to attractions, ample parking, and amenities such as indoor pools, hot tubs, and an arcade. Some minor drawbacks include small bathrooms with limited toiletries and occasional cleanliness issues, but overall it is considered a good value for the price.

I had a reservation for three rooms. There were 12 of us, and the check-in time was 4 pm. We arrived early, around 1 pm, and tried to see if they would give us the rooms, but the reservations guy was very kind and told us that our three rooms were ready. My sister, with two babies, was the happiest, as she was able to rest a bit after her trip from home. What I liked most was the room with a table, chairs, and two armchairs on our floor, something I had never seen in a hotel, even in large chains. This room was ideal for our family. In the evening, we shared pizza and it went very well. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The breakfast was incredible, everything hot, and their biscuits were delicious. We enjoyed the pool with the children. Everything was very safe and peaceful. Thank you, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The weather was great so the hotel was very busy. The breakfast was completely packed, but there was a nice selection. The front desk workers made check in easy. Rooms where clean. Only complaint was the bathroom was small, but it was clean. No bed bugs and that's the most important.

room and beds were great. Breakfast is always excellent
the only negative is the bathroom is small. Not an issue or a reason not to stay

Breakfast was good. Pool was good, not heated like their website says. Rooms were clean.
Parking once all the 3 buildings are booked its hard to find a spot. Beds are pretty firm. Pillows are weird.

The hotel was in a great location and the price was very reasonable. The rooms were clean even though they were very dated. The front desk receptionist was very nice during check-in.
The hotel is old and in need of upgrades. The carpets are very dingy and stained in areas, although they did seem cken. Our room was in dire need of maintenance (mostly the bathroom). The sink drained extremely slowly. The shower head needs to be replaced. The toilet paper roll was very loose and we were afraid it was going to pull off of the wall. The entire toilet was also very loose and moved everytime we used it. We noticed on the first night that the toilet drained very slowly and on the second day it overflowed onto the floor, requiring maintenance to come. I will say that they did offer us another room, but since the toilet was working again it was not worth packing everything back up and moving to another room. We were told we would have cleaning service once during our three night stay, but our room was never cleaned and we had to ask for more towels and washcloths to be brought to us, as there were not enough for three days. It is nice to have a breakfast included but after the first day we chose not to eat there. The eggs were good but the sausage was dry and gritty and the potatoes were actually gray, almost as if they fried half rotten potatoes. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.
