The property is dog only friendly. A Pet Dog must not exceed 60 pounds or, in the case of two Pet Dogs, they must not exceed 60 pounds in combined total weight. Height and length restrictions apply to Pet Dogs—they can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. A mandatory, nonrefundable Pet Dog Fee of $150.00 USD per reservation will be charged at check-in for Pet Dogs reported at the time of check-in. Pros +
- Staff were helpful and assisted with unexpected room arrangements
- Location and value for the money
- The woman who checked me in was very overwhelmed but very kind.
Cons -
- There was no blow dryer or tissues in the room.
- I had to wait over 3 hours for one of my rooms to be ready. One of the rooms lacked cups and proper linens for the bathroom. And there were no linens in the pool room.
- TV remote did not work, staff was sent to help but were unable to fix remote. Pool was small and at capacity for our visit
