- A man reached into my vehicle and tried to pull out my child because he couldn't see my teens in the back. When we frantically spoke with the front they said they would send around security and then tried to sign us up for a timeshare tour!!!!!
- The hotel doesn't have 24/7 staff
- this was an apartment not a resort. no housekeeping, no view, bathrooms weren't as advertised, and we checked in for a 4 day stay for 3 people in the winter and were only given 1 blanket and 2 packs of coffee. the pull out bed was dirty and had no sheets
