It was clean and comfortable, and mostly good repair.

Cons -

Room locks didn?t work, toilets were dirty, pillow cases had hair on them, crumbs on the floor.
A couple of the electrical outlets were extremely loose and in need of replacement, to the point where my phone charger kept trying to fall out of the outlet. The GFCI outlets near the sink had tripped and would not reset.
