Pros +
- The staff was really nice. We had a few problems and they fix them right away. The lady behind the counter had to deal with 3 problems back to back. She remain nice and friendly.
- Manager was awesome
- The breakfast was fantastic - the room was great! There was an employee who was there when I arrived and she was super friendly and helpful!
Cons -
- My totally handicapped hotel room had one spot that unless you had a small (normal wheel chair size) wheelchair you had to be real careful or you would hit the closet or the other side wall. That wall had a full length mirror hanging on it.
- No elevator and I had a baby and stroller so had to switch which kind of room I had to get on the first floor.
- I wish there were an easy paper guide for the channels - it did take me a bit to find the one I was looking for. I did try to Google - even them listed on the hotel website would be helpful!
