- Reported sink not draining 3 different times no one ever made repairs. My 2 days the sink was full of water. Breakfast was limited and cold. Had to warm eggs and sausage in the microwave.
- No toothbrushes or toothpaste, pool had garbage in it, hot tub shut down, Stairwell reeks for urine, keypad ripped off the side door, seal ripped halfoff the pool room door, front door sounds like a banshee, peeling water fountain, room curtain missing
- Spa listed as an American city, but is not available. It's drained and closed off
