- It was very clean and the staff and management were very pleasant and helped us tremendously
- Cleanliness, staff, overall experience was amazing

Cons -
- Heating system
- The refrigerator door was not staying closed, requested a fix which took the next day to replace our unit. Worse than that the attitude of the desk person was less than stellar and he huffed over the situation and was borderline rude. Also shower water
- We will never stay here again. Unused clogged toilet. Room telephone cord missing. Could not call the front desk. No coffee in rooms and coffee machine was out of order and had been for awhile. Last straw was the pool was DRAINED! We left, checked out!
