Pros +
- Great communication even if it was via text. I got everything needed to be prepared for my stay.
- Contactless yet easy Check in and Check Out. Friendliness and cleaniness. Extra blankets and late check out cost was not outrageous.
Cons -
- It was a little unsettling visiting an area I wasn?t familiar with in a pretty desolate area and have the front door unlocked for anyone to enter the hotel. I was by myself so it was a bit more uncomfortable knowing this, but it worked out fine.
