- EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! 5 STARS!
- People were nice and helpful, location was great, to was fine.
- The kitchen and cleaning staff were hard working and friendly. Breakfast was okay but cold. Hot tub had several children under 5, young in sauna. Front desk was made aware and did nothing. No heat in room and refridge did not work.
Cons -
- I've stayed before and this bed didn't compare to the others and the toilet is too high. And I'm not short.
- The pool restroom was not accessible from the pool, causing my child to fall in the restroom (after showering) and hit his head. Open the door between the pool and the restroom.
- Front Desk staff was rude. I asked for extra towels and was told they don't do turn down service. I ONLY asked for extra towels after. .
